 Once you are done placing an order at www.omaxdental.com you should sit back and relax because we do the rest for you.

We make sure that the product reaches you safely in time without any delays or interruptions.

We may contact you through you email address or phone number for any additional information if required. 

You only have to pay for the product purchased while placing the order and your work is done.

There no additional charges at the time of delivery.

If you receive any call or an e-mail regarding delivery charges or asking for any additional charges you should not take it seriously and report it to our online representatives or voice call agent in any such case.

You should patiently allow at least 10 to 14 working days starting from the time you have placed the order till the final delivery.

As we have mentioned earlier that the standard delivery time is 10 to 14 days but in extreme cases of emergency our voice call agent calls you up and informs you about the delay or cancellation of your product delivery.

In case of cancellation of the product delivery your amount is refunded with apologies minus any deductions.

We highly recommend that you check the package properly by opening it at the time of delivery so any further delays and hassles can be avoided.
